01

The challenge

Investment moves quickly. Labour markets do not.

Industrial investment from Europe, North America, Korea and beyond is accelerating across Poland, creating new defence programmes, aerospace capacity and factories. Capital can arrive on schedule. Hiring often does not.

Around key clusters such as Rzeszów, Tricity, Upper Silesia and Wrocław, several employers can be ramping up simultaneously and competing for the same engineers, technical specialists and production talent. Polish industrial recruitment can move at a different pace and use different employment contracts and hiring channels from those many headquarters expect.

When the gap is discovered too late, it can set workforce programmes back by months.

The bridge also runs both ways. I support Polish manufacturers hiring for their UK operations.

Why me

International expectations.
Polish market fluency.

I work where international programme expectations meet the realities of Poland's employment market. I have built my career in British engineering and industrial recruitment while maintaining strong and continuing ties with Poland. As a native Polish speaker and dual citizen, I understand the local culture, employment landscape and ways of working. This allows me to navigate a competitive and often complex market with confidence and cultural fluency.

01

A genuinely cross-border perspective

Dual UK-Polish citizenship, native Polish and more than 20 years in British engineering and industrial recruitment provide an unusually practical combination of international experience and local understanding.

02

Relevant sector experience

Recruitment delivery supporting assignments involving BAE Systems, Babcock, GKN Aerospace and Bristol Airport, alongside precision-engineering businesses serving regulated sectors.

03

Technical depth and workforce scale

Scarce-specialist search and high-volume operations are different disciplines. New sites need both. I have led both, including workforce operations involving up to 300 people.

04

Advisory, not agency

No unsolicited CVs and no percentage placement fees. The focus is defined outcomes, candid advice and hiring capability your organisation keeps.

04

How it works

A clear way forward,
from the first conversation.

No hard sell. We establish whether there is a real problem to solve, then choose the smallest useful engagement.

01

Understand

A focused 20-minute call about what you are building, where you are in the process and which workforce assumptions need testing.

02

Diagnose

The usual starting point is a fixed-fee, two-week Diagnostic producing practical findings and a prioritised 90-day plan.

03

Build

If further support is useful, I remain involved as a fractional talent partner or help design and govern the workforce ramp-up.

If I am not the right person for the requirement, I will say so. Where possible, I will point you towards someone better placed to help.
